The only personal information we collect directly is what you type into our forms: your name, email, business name, city and state, and a website or Google Business Profile link if you share one for the free audit. We don't buy data about you, and we don't collect anything behind your back.
The audit request form doesn't submit anywhere on its own: it opens your own email app with your details filled in, so the request goes straight from you to our inbox with nothing in between. Booking a strategy call happens through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service, which handles that booking data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic (page views, referrers, device types). It is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or track you across other websites. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to see which pages get traffic and which actions (like booking a call) come from where. GA4 only starts after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can click "Decline" instead, or change your choice later using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. We don't use it for ad tracking, and we don't sell your data to third parties.
This site is hosted on Vercel and loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers shares your IP address with Google, as with any resource loaded from a third-party server.
We keep your submission for as long as we're actively talking or working together. If you'd like your information deleted at any point, email us and we'll remove it.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email emmanuel@edgepioneers.com and we'll handle it promptly.
