Terms of Use
Effective October 12, 2026
Who these terms are with
This site is run by EdgePioneers Marketing, operated by Emmanuel Perez in Bentonville, Arkansas. By using it, you agree to these terms.
The consultation
The consultation is an information and recommendation session. It is not a contract for services, and you are under no obligation to hire me afterward.
No promises about results
I do not promise any ranking position, number of leads, or amount of revenue. Search results and ads depend on many things I do not control.
Paid work
Any paid work happens under a separate written agreement, agreed before it starts.
Site content
What is on this site is general information. It is not advice for your specific business until you and I have talked about it.
Other sites
This site links to other sites. I do not control them and I am not responsible for what is on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
